A nice easy one after last weeks trek across the Horse Shoe Pass
Some of the remaining defences on the eastern edge of the fort

A week on Holiday provided the oportunity to drag myself away from the water and get a couple of hills in.

Foel Cwmcerwyn 1760 feet SN 09409 31161 County Top Pembrokeshire (Sir Benfro)
Quite a nice hill this one, Parking on a lay-by at SN 07429 28841 gives a virtually straight track to the top of just under 2 miles.
The start of the track where I picked up an piece of brass off some working horse harness, just wonder when the local farmers last worked horses in these fields, 50, 60 years ?

Just a bit of a scramble up to the trig point, I did this one in flip flops :-)
This one was a easy walk up from the car park being just a little over 1/4 of a mile.
Well thats the lot for June, only got one county top in, but not a bad collection for the month :-)
